The service
Do It First helps you plan personal missions and, with your permission, uses Apple Screen Time to keep apps you choose locked at mission time until you log the mission. It is a personal productivity tool. It is not medical treatment, therapy, parental control or a security product.
Who can use it
You must be at least 16 years old. You are responsible for the missions, schedules and apps you choose and for keeping access to anything essential, such as calls, maps or health apps.
Blocking, breaks and limits
Blocking depends on iOS, your permissions and Apple’s technical limits; timing can vary and iOS can change how it works. Breaks and emergency recovery are part of the design. Focus and Deep modes can ask for confirmation or a wait before changes. A photo confirms what you say you did; it is not an automatic verification of the activity.
Pro subscription
Do It First is free to download. Pro is an optional auto-renewing subscription bought through Apple, monthly or yearly, at the price shown in the App Store. It renews unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the period in your Apple ID settings. Refunds are handled by Apple. Restore Purchases uses the same Apple ID.
Your content
What you create stays yours and stays on your device. You give us no rights over it, because we do not receive it.
Acceptable use
Do not reverse engineer, resell or misuse the app or the website, or try to interfere with the subscription service.
Changes and availability
We may improve or change features. If a change significantly reduces what you pay for, we will tell you in advance and you can cancel. The service may occasionally be unavailable; your missions and existing blocks keep working on your device without our servers.
Liability
We provide the app with reasonable care. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for consequences of iOS limits outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by Portuguese law, without depriving you of the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live. Before going to court, contact help@doitfirst.app. Consumers in Portugal can use the electronic complaints book (www.livroreclamacoes.pt) and the CNIACC arbitration centre (www.cniacc.pt).
